This house in Uvita was perfect for our group of 6 adults and one toddler! The large dining area was perfect for a big family meal and all of the rooms felt very spacious. The beds were also comfy and hosts were very responsive. We walked to the beach in less than 10 minutes and it’s right next to the maxi pali for quick groceries. Definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to Uvita !

Rachel Thank you for opening your home to us! It was beyond all expectations. We instantly felt at home. Our open conversations with You and your house manager made us feel like old friends And then you offered one of your homes in Nashville for my Baptism! If you are reading this review trying to decide whether or not to book Rachel’s place, just do it! Her home is stunning, well appointed and immaculate. It’s the perfect home for multi-family stay as there are two master bedrooms with en suites and plenty of room for kids. The kitchen, living room and patio are a great place to unwind after a busy day exploring! We all had a blast in the pool. Having access to a washer and dryer is great with kids who like to grab dry towels after every swim in the pool. Great grocery store just down the street! Honestly, just book it! You won’t regret it!

Amazing place to stay in Uvita! We were a group of five scuba divers visiting town for the week. Great location close to all restaurants, tour operators, and dive shops ! The house is very clean, modern, and one of the nicest places that I’ve stayed on Airbnb! Highly recommended , will definitely come back in the future!

The home was perfect for us (2 couples), with room to spare! Great location (walking distance to beach), layout (each couple had their own wing), plenty of amenities (pool, towels, stocked kitchen, games, etc.), very nicely decorated! Host was always helpful (answering questions, flexible with check-in and check-out) and responded quickly. We really enjoyed exploring Uvita! Pura Vida!!

This stay was very nice overall. The furnishings were lovely, the location was great, and it was only a few minutes’ walk to the beach. The place was very well equipped with everything we needed. I especially loved the pool, the lounge chairs by the pool, the birds around the property, and even the pool noodles — such thoughtful touches! The only small improvement would be the laundry area, which is outside and doesn’t have lighting, making it hard to use in the evening. It would also be nice if the kitchen included basic cooking essentials like salt and oil. Aside from that, it’s a great place and I would definitely recommend staying here.

Great place to stay for a mother-son trip to Nashville for a Vanderbilt game and long weekend. We each had our own space which was great. Easy to get downtown by either driving or Uber- we did both. It was nice to end our day away from the tourist crowds.

Rachael is an awesome host. Everything was beautiful and photographic items for an amazing memory. It was mins away from all the attractions for a fun night. As a Travel Agent I will recommend this place for my clients.

We stayed here for a month to be close to Vanderbilt. The location was amazing, a short ride away from downtown. Lots of great restaurants nearby and quiet neighbors. The fenced-in backyard is perfect for kids to run around in while being safe. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. Would absolutely stay here again! Great part of town - close to everything but also easy to navigate.
